Founded by Nix Ticehurst in 2009, the Nixercise brand is loved by many.

Nixercise fitness classes have become well known in the area, our fabulous challenges too which have included climbing many mountains in the UK, and overseas, including Morocco and Slovenia. Nix also offers personal training.

Nixercise is not only about fitness, Nixercise is a way of life, a community. We love the outdoors, the fresh air, nature. We love local, healthy food, connecting and supporting one another, and keeping life fun and as simple as possible, because life is complicated enough. We are always looking for new ideasand experiences for clients.

Nixercise is a strong community of women, and a few men too!
